Gertrude L. Tuttle, 79 of Enfield, NY passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 in the compassionate comfort of the Hospicare Center. Born August 20, 1943 in Ithaca, NY she was the daughter of the late David and Clarabelle Merritt Houghtalen. Gert is survived by her daughter Margo (Dayton) Umholtz of Cape May, NJ; Her grandchildren, Courtney & Ryan Umholtz, who were her pride and joy; Brother Floyd (Marion) Houghtalen; Sisters Beatrice Poyer and Helen Everts; and many nieces and nephews, including special niece Susan (Al) Moneyham.
In addition to her parents, She was predeceased by siblings; Clarence, Marietta, Marjorie, Pearl, Doris, David, Martha, and Hope
Per her request there will be no formal services. A private burial with family will be held in the Spring
