To Professor Korf’s family,
At this difficult time in your life, I pray that our almighty God in Heaven will grant you the strength, tranquillity and peace that you need to get through this sad loss of your beloved. Stay strong and know that you are remembered in my thoughts and prayers. Prof. Korf has been one of my mentors in mycology course at Cornell and though I will miss him dearly, he will never be forgotten, may his soul rest in peace. It is his torch that we, as his students, will always carry all-over in teaching to new generation students that field of mycology he laved so much.
