Obituary of Donna Sue Havens

 Donna Sue Havens of Caroline passed away at Hospicare, in Ithaca, on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the age of 63, after an extended illness. She loved nature, gardening, photography, plays, concerts, movies, and dining; studied and practiced many healing arts; and pursued knowledge of the spiritual universe. She was an easy friend, kind, and caring; a passionate mother to her children; and her heart warming smile was famously disarming. She was unique.

She was born on May 18, 1954, to the late Norma & Howard Havens of Mecklenburg, NY; and was close to many people in the greater Ithaca area. Donna is survived by her husband, Bob Reminick; daughter, Jennifer Reminick; son, Myles Reminick; grandson, Rory Nichols; sister Sandra Bradford; brother Jim Havens; many nieces & nephews; and many friends, including especially close friends Diane Dougherty, Jose Drost, Carmel Fusco, & Bob Simmonds. 

The family will host 'calling hours', from 2:00pm till 8:00pm, at the house in Caroline, on Saturday, January 27, 2018; and Sunday, January 28, 2018.
